My experience and subsequently my advocacy in hospital quality management system started in 1999 when I assumed the Chairmanship of the Quality Assurance Committee of Manila Doctors Hospital. From then on up to the time of my retirement from Manila Doctors Hospital (in 2018), I have been an advocate of hospital QMS (inside and outside Manila Doctors Hospital). The other hospitals that I had formally helped are: Department of Surgery of Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center; Ciudad Medical Zamboanga; and Salubris Medical Center.
Hospital Quality Management System is a legacy that I will be and am leaving behind for the hospitals that had interacted with me and for the benefit of the FIlipino patients that these hospitals are catering to.
