Ciudad Medical Zamboanga is a private hospital in Zamboanga CIty. In 1999 and 2012, I served as the facilitator for their strategic planning conferences. In the process, I also facilitated its journey toward excellence.
My legacy for Ciudad Medical Zamboanga can be summarized in this slide of journey towards excellence.
The most important legacy that I left behind for CMZ was that I facilitated its getting the Philippine Quality Award in 2014, which made CMZ the first hospital to be given such an award.
