Brown ground beef
Make roux for soup, add half and half and cheeses.
Prepare and cook tortillas
Finish soup
Prepare tostadas and cook
Garnish tostadas

Chile Relleno Soup
In skillet, brown ground beef, add cumin and chili powder, set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour to make a light roux. Add half and half and whisk until smooth. Add cheeses and cook until melted. Add chicken stock and whisk until smooth. Add green chiles and ground beef. Serves 4.
Turkey Tostadas
Lightly spray each tortilla with cooking spray. Lay on a baking sheet and cook in a 450 degree oven until crisp - about 5 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn. Spread refried beans on each tortilla, add 1 oz turkey and cover with shredded cheese. Put back in the oven and cook until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, sour cream, green onions, cilantro and jalapenos. Serves 4.
