Strawberry Spinach Salad

1 bag spinach

1 pt fresh strawberries, sliced

Vinaigrette:

1/3 cup sugar                            

1 1/2 tsp minced onion               

1/4 tsp paprika                          

1/4 tsp Worcesterhire sauce       

3-4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup safflower oil

1 Tbsp sesame seeds

1 Tbsp poppy seeds

Whisk together first four ingredients of vinaigrette. Add next two ingredients. Stir in sesame and poppy seeds. Toss in salad bowl right before serving with spinach and sliced strawberries.
