Caesar Salad

1/2 head romaine lettuce        1 clove garlic

1 slice bread                                        1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup olive oil                                   1 tsp lemon juice

1/4 cup white wine vinegar fresh ground black pepper

2 tsp Dijon mustard           parmesan cheese

Cut bread into small cubes. Spray skillet with butter flavored cooking spray. Place bread cubes in skillet and cook until golden brown to make croutons.

In bottom of wooden salad bowl, crush garlic clove. Add olive oil, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire and lemon juice. Mix well. Tear romaine into bite sized pieces and place in salad bowl with dressing. Toss well. Add croutons on top. Sprinkle with grated fresh Parmesan cheese.
