West Texas Spaghetti

This recipe is responsible for my being married to the love of my life!

 

1 medium onion, chopped                                             spaghetti

1 medium green pepper, chopped                         1 cup shredded cheese

1 lb ground beef, seasoned lightly

1 can whole corn and juice 

1 can tomato soup

1/2 bottle stuffed olives

1 cup shredded cheese

 

Cook onions and green pepper in fat until tender in a dutch oven. Add ground beef. Add corn, soup, olives and cheese. Cook spaghetti in boiling water, drain and add to mixture in dutch oven. Add more cheese on top and heat at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
