Easy South of the Border for 4
Just in time for summer, here is a great meal plan for grilling outside. If you don't have a grill, you can cook the chicken in a hot cast iron skillet. If you've never tried grilled avocados, you're in for a treat. They have a great smoky flavor and they stay green, even overnight!!

Order of Preparation
Prepare marinade and marinate chicken overnight (or at least 2 hours.)
Make ice cream dessert and put in freezer.
Make Black Bean Salsa.
Prepare fajita fixings.
Grill avocados and then chicken.
While chicken is grilling, make guacamole, warm tortillas and make margaritas.
Remove dessert from freezer to thaw while eating.
Serve buffet style and enjoy!
