Hot Artichoke Dip with Crostini

1 can or jar of artichoke hearts                           1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 cup sour cream                                            1 baguette

1/2 cup mayonnaise                                           1 clove garlic

3/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place mixture in a casserole and cook in oven 20 minutes until heated through. Slice the baguette with a serrated bread knife into thin slices and put on a cookie sheet. Toast in oven with dip until golden brown, about 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Cut garlic clove in half and rub on toast. Serve with dip.

Note: For dinner for two, put in two small casseroles and cook one - save the other in refrigerator.
