Grilled Guacamole
3 avocados
1 tomato, finely chopped
1/2 onion, minced
Garlic salt
Cut avocados in two. Remove pit and place cut side down on grill. Grill for approximately 2-3 minutes. Peel and mash avocados. Add remaining ingredients to taste. Optional: Can use salsa instead of tomato and onion. Serve with tortilla chips. Grilling the avocados keeps them green, even overnight!!
