Black Bean Nachos

1/2 can black beans                                     

1  4 oz. can green chiles

Shredded mozzarella or queso blanco

Round tortilla chips 

Fresh cilantro

Cumin

                              

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Puree black beans in a food processor for about 30 seconds.  Spread 1 tsp black beans on a tortilla chips.  Top with a couple of green chiles and some mozzarella cheese.  Place one leaf of cilantro on top of each nacho.  Sprinkle with cumin.  Place in oven and heat until cheese is melted.  Makes approximately 3 dozen nachos.
