Potato Salad

4 lbs potatoes                                                1 cup mayonnaise

1 dozen eggs                                                  1 tsp vinegar

celery                                                            2 Tbsp milk

onion                                                            1-2 tsp sugar

salt and pepper                                              1/2 tsp dry mustard

Boil potatoes and eggs together till potatoes are tender. (You can peel the potatoes before or after boiling, it's easier to peel them after if you can stand the heat.) Cool and dice potatoes. Add celery and onion. Chop eggs into small pieces. Add mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper, vinegar, milk, sugar and dry mustard. Mix well.
