WHO IS TO BLAME
FOR HIS CRUCIFIXION
Who is to blame for Our Lord's crucifixion? The whole explanation is in St. Matthew's Gospel. It is not the verbal expounding and finger-pointing from any unlearned individual.
In fact, I heard someone ranting and railing on how it was Judas Iscariot's fault, just last week on the radio. I quickly turned off that afternoon sideshow. Little did I know that God wanted me to write about it a week later. So here I am.
In fact, I have also heard at Kearsley Junior High, many, many years ago, from my History teacher, that Adolf Hitler, after reading from Our Holy Bible, that the Jews were to blame for the crucifixion of Christ, thus Her Hitler's massive personal vendetta against all Jews.
The whole picture, in fact, was God's Design to encompass Jew AND Gentile. Anyone who is not a Jew is called a Gentile. All of us, every one of us, according to Our Holy Bible, persecuted and crucified Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. This was God's Design. It was meant to be.
In fact, most of us continue to crucify Our King daily by not putting Our God first in our lives and by not loving our neighbor as ourselves. Every time we ignore the teachings of Jesus, all of us, nail Him to that cross.
