In 2003 I had a heart palpation that my doctor detected. So my caffeine intake was stopped to one cup of coffee in the morning instead of 8, and my blub blub blub blub blubub went to straight blubs. I maintained this for years and all was well. Last year in February 2019 the blubub was detected again. I had increased my caffeine to 6 cups in the morning along with decaffeinated coffee in the morning and afternoon. My mental health nurse and my psyche doctor told me to go straight to the emergency room at the hospital. I didn’t go and it took me two weeks of testing myself with my stethoscope. Sometimes the blubub was there and sometimes it wasn’t. It disappeared completely whenever I did extend cardio and would appear again when upset or needed to go to the bathroom. Anyways two weeks later I went to the clinic and just wanted a blood pressure test. Well, they were going to do that until they found out that my G.P. had told me as well to go to the emergency. (Busted) Which she had but I didn’t go back then either. The clinician at the hospital's clinic was happy to see me. Robert went to my church and made me his special assignment that morning😊 he had me do the chest X-ray and the cardio exam after he thoroughly checked my heart himself. Long story short he said that he had 31 years of checking out people’s hearts and he implied I did not have anything to be concerned about. I had a very strong heart he said and it wasn’t a flabby heart that would have hinted of any heart attacks. I mentioned to him that after 20 years of moderate exercise that I would like to start increasing my cardio. Robert looked at me and smiled. He excused himself and said wait here. After 20 minutes he came back and told me he consulted another specialist, Dr. Perkins, and his diagnosis was agreed upon as the same. Robert showed me my X-ray and explained my cardio test paperwork. In January of 2020 my blubub was detected again. I was abusing French Vanilla instant caffeine and decaffeinated French Vanilla instant coffee. The mental health nurse and my psyche doctor didn’t panic like last time and asked when I saw the clinician last year and I said two weeks after they had detected this. The next day I quit that excellent French Vanilla coffee. I was looking for a kick in the morning but it wasn’t worth it. I had overdone it. No more blubub for me and my cardio has been increased with no problems. Go Lions 😊
