Only Memories
Softly,
As the velvet warmth of a caressing breeze,
Lilting,
As the smooth even tones of a melodious nocturne,
Pleasing,
As the contented dreamful babe in the arms of a loving parent,
Awakening,
As the wintry forest night serenade of a moonlit path,
Joyful,
As the fluttering elegance of a timeless kiss,
Mindful,
As the graceful clouds drifting by of a True Endearing God.

Summer Rain
Warm is the breath of God’s green earth,
Gentle is the call I hear from Our Lord,
And once the sweet sensations of time are fulfilled,
Then always is The Son shining upon our hearts,
To be within the skies open thoughts,
For peaceful are the days of The LORD’s New Creations,
So lightly, oh, so softly, falls the silence, of our Summer Rain.

Impressions
Your goodness is in the gentleness of a warm spring breeze,
Your beauty is in the creation of a new life,
We see Your strength and power all around us,
And Your love for us is like a kiss from a loved one,
Without You,
There would be an infill-able void in all our lives,
In our hearts we are not alone,
For You are there,
We hold the candle and You are the Light to guide us,
With this Light we have the strength to find Your Way.

Treasures in the Sand
Glistening from the ocean,
Waves upon the shore,
Easy time of thoughts,
Diamonds in the sand,
Simple in design,
A sand dollar within our grasp,
God’s gift,
A Treasure in the Sand,
Fun on the beach,
Laughter riding the waves,
Memories of us,
Forever in the sand.

I Will Only Trust Jesus
Praise You Jesus,
My precious Lord Eternal,
Victory we will have,
Among the second prophecy,
Within the sweet music of praise,
Holy is your alleluia song of victory,
Listen to the splendor,
Of the Lord’s individual beauty,
We of the heart endurance,
Benefit most excellent,
The melody infinite reign,
Giving the soul internal mercy,
We have it made,
Our Bridge of Christ,
To lean upon His Forgiveness,
Suffer us not the temptation to derive,
Happiness thru other human glorifications,

All for God
My love is for God,
For God has always rescued me from myself,
And I will be guided to understand my true meanings,
For God is God,
My life is for God,
I will follow all God’s positive intentions to the most of my abilities,
And be strong within this Light,
For I am God’s Servant,
My soul is for God,
My spirit has been taken once,
And I have been shown that there is no fear in death,
For only God decides my fate,
My heart is for God,
I am surrounded within a protection,
And I have been given the strength to help others in spiritual need,
For God’s truth is as one with all creations.

In My Life
I have reached out to touch the stars,
Instead I have seen God’s Light of Promises,
And I have been reminded to be strong within myself,
For my heart has been torn apart by many loves,
And I have cried tears of sadness amidst the partings,
But God has never left me alone in my sorrows,
I have cried out into the open sky,
Instead I have heard God answering thru my friends,
And the friends God has brought me have given me strength,
For my mind at times has been in confusion,
And I have prayed to God for help and guidance,
So God has led me in all ways to His side,
And I have gone willingly,
So in turn God has not changed towards me,
And always God has been special In My Life.

Past Love
Do not romance me,
Because I fall too easily in love,
And my heart hurts so when I am used,
Do not show me you care,
Because my mind gets too easily confused,
And I lose control of my emotions,
Do not express yourself to me,
Because our thoughts should not be of each other,
And disappointment will be for us both,
Do not let me share in my secrets,
Because all I do is think of you,
And all I want is my peace of mind,
I cry out to God for help,
And I am allowed the strength,
To continue on without the thought of you.

Stay With Me
Dance with me,
And hold me close,
For I do not want this night to end,
Laugh with me,
And touch me tenderly,
For I do not want you to go,
Walk with me,
And tell me your dreams,
For I do not want you to forget me,
Talk with me,
And see me, for who I am,
For I do not want to be alone,
Be with me,
And I will think of you always,
For my memories are dear to me,
God is with me,
And this has helped me in all ways,
For I do not believe in any other.

Crazy Days
Spreading an opaque grayness,
Against the wall,
From the light of my stereo,
I drink my hot tea,
And think of the past,
Crazy Days,
I have had them,
Time to forget,
But all is connected,
It is still me,
Time does not erase losses,
They are there,
Always will,
In all ways stay forever,
Crazy Days,
In the past,
Will be in the future,
For me alone,
Time of losses,
Unshed tears,
Well, a few slip downward,
Crazy Days,
We all have them,
Some worse than others,
Better for some,
Medication – need it,
To stay sane,
But I no longer sense God’s Golden Presence,
That surrounds me,
As in the past,
Life is around me,
So, I know,
God is here,
I am on my own,
The Golden Presence is gone.

Sky of Blue
A pattern of leaves,
Portrayed against a Sky of Blue,
Lazily blown thru the air,
Wistful thinking,
Coffee in my cup,
Medication time,
How I yearn to be free of this,
My heart flies at the thought,
Then my time will be fulfilled,
Until then, tho’,
I will hold my own,
Following God’s Light,
To the best of my abilities,
Cause my responsibilities are endless,
I will stay ‘til God decides my fate,
For the Sky of Blue,
Beckons a peace of heart,
That delves deep from within the soul.

Moments in Life
The inner beauty of a woman,
Is a God given gift to any man,
And the quality within her realm,
Is in the nurturing of her gentleness,
The inner strength of a man,
Is a God given gift to any woman,
And the quality of his realm,
Is in the projection of his assurance,
We are born an equal to each other,
For each of us is to be cherished and loved as intended,
And created to do God’s work together,
For not one person may do it alone.
For God did not intend for us to pollute this earth,
This is our home,
And God did not intend for us to kill our animals thru unnecessary means,
For these creatures beautify our world,
And God did not intend for us to emotionally or physically scar our children,
For they are the benefits of our endurance,
And God did not intend for us to war among each other,
For God alone decides who is to be shown mercy,
And God did not intend for us to discriminate between each other,
For we are as one in God’s Eyes,
And God did not intend for us to commit suicide,
For our beauty is unique and as one with God.
We are mercenaries of God,
For our payment is The Kingdom of Christ,
And our lives are worth meaning,
For God is in us all,
God is the Giver of Life,
For if there is a life,
God is there,
For if there is a movement,
God is there,
We see ourselves in the mirrored reflections of one another’s eyes,
Our souls are God’s.
God Decides. God Chooses.

A Time Forever
There is time to dream,
Of future hopes,
There is time to laugh,
Of past failures,
There is time to cry,
Of present sorrows,
And the time not yet here,
Is unknown to us,
So be good to yourself and others,
For God knows the time ahead.

Rendezvous
See the moon in its fullness and beauty,
And smell the sweetness of the grass around us,
Feel the coolness of the breeze against us,
And hear the ducks in the pond nearby,
For we lay together under the silvery brightness of God’s sky,
And the night was meant for us.
So God has created the ultimate within this world,
And has brought the two of us to share it,
For we meld together in our laughter,
And bring a friendship to our union.
But life goes on in our own lives,
And our worlds are separate among ourselves,
So we have joined together ever so briefly,
And we wait until our next venture to unfold,
For God has His Will to give,
So I follow my intentions with prayers,
And I lead me thru my life,
Because with God all things are free will.

I have given my children Hope from Our Lord,
Laughter and love,
Inspiration they have,
Encouragement is there,
They will always get,
More than me.
Life is God’s Design,
Trust Fate in God’s Hands,
And Believe in God’s Will,
For with all the inner turmoil’s,
And aches of the heart,
God Heals All.

Breath of Life
Fly away into the sunlight,
And show the world your freedom,
For your fairness is the Breath of Life,
And with the golden outline of your spinnaker wings,
Your fluttering is as one with our beating hearts,
If you are destroyed,
We are not far behind,
For you do not deserve our polluted environment,
Nor a perch on a twig beneath a silvery glass dome,
Or pins piercing thru your wings,
On a display for bragging intelligence,
Your life is your privilege,
In its full cycle,
As God intended it to be.

Just a Touch
Just a Touch,
And I feel him growing,
Thru my chest,
Down my spine,
And settling thru out my body,
It is a burning flame,
Like none I have ever known,
For it is soft,
But a strong and quick inner glowing ember,
I can not see,
Thru the tears of rapture,
Shining in my eyes,
For I am renewed within my soul,
I have been touched by Jesus Christ,
More than just once,
And the quickness,
Is an everlasting experience.

Goodness of Heart
Beating, fluttering, breathless sensations,
Unique is the swiftness of your pulsating wings,
Forever striking a tattoo of silent sound,
Never-ending beat of a quickened heart,
Small creation within a world of constant change,
At times I wonder how life continues,
And why we deserve all of God’s Good Graces,
Then I notice our little Hummingbird,
While life teases my thoughts of truth,
All is passive and turned to peaceful contemplation,
Sometimes thoughts may turn a golden hue,
For we may hear the calling of life,
So with everlasting deliverance of our soul,
We continue on with passions that quell all other misgivings,
Which allow pure thoughts of our own Goodness of Heart.

Still Clinging to God
Wishing at times,
For all to end,
So I hear myself think,
Of the reasons,
To leave it behind,
The burning,
Upon my pain,
Streaking down my face,
No longer a shame,
Within this depth,
Called my soul,
Strengthening the wounded spirit,
A need that must be fulfilled,
'Cause what I have in the Messiah King,
Is elation from The Lamb of God,
For listening to the changing heart,
Brings me closer to my purpose,
I sing my life to Jesus Christ,
So this is my internal victory from death,
But my world is foremost in awesome turmoil,
And Still Clinging to God,
Will be a most positive commitment,
In devoting all my efforts,
While letting God’s Way build each inspiration.

Easy are the Words
At times we are difficult,
Too hard for endurance,
Our aches and pains are constant,
With complaints that seem many,
This weakness is complete,
But Your Strength,
Rescues our soul,
And the Compassion You Feel,
Is outward in Your Demeanor,
Easy are the Words,
That come to my thoughts,
So my prayers will continue,
With You in mind.
