Abstract

Through T-cell engineering, researchers at the California South University (CSU) Cancer Research Institute (CRI) have shown that tumor growth can be stopped in a variety of cancers and prevented from spreading to other tissues. Findings from this study are the result of decades of research by Professor Ph.D. A. Heidari and our team of CSU, who discovered a protein called AH that can inhibit the growth and spread of cancer cells in several different ways. They become in the tissues of the body. The T cells were armed with MDA-7/ AH to target cancer more widely. The engineering of T cells to produce MDA-7 / AH causes cancer cells to be destroyed regardless of the expression of the target molecules. The tumor site is often very hostile to immune cells. It was found in the research that MDA-7 / AH can help T cells proliferate and increase the number of cancer cells.

Abstract

Researchers have discovered an enzyme that inhibits the growth of cancer cells by stimulating proteins. In this study, the ability of each human cell to divide into two parts is discussed. For each division, a cell must follow certain steps, most of which are amplified by proteins called cyclins. This study showed that an enzyme called AMBRA1 tags a key class of cyclins for degradation by cellular devices that break down proteins. This suggests that enzyme control of cyclins is essential for proper cell growth during embryonic development, and that improper functioning causes overgrowth of lethal cells; In addition, the above study suggests that an existing drug group may be able to reverse such defects in the future. As in a growing fetus, restriction on cell division is essential to prevent the abnormal and aggressive growth seen in cancer. This study shows that cells have evolved to use AMBRA1 to defend against it. Our Study Key Features It illuminates human cells, provides insight into the biology of cancer, and opens up new research avenues for potential therapies.

DOI: tiny.cc/PJSE24476153v7i10p077-115

Abstract

Using samples of small cell lung tumors, a research team led by biologist Dr. Raymond discovered two new ways to induce tumor cell death. By activating ferroptosis, one of two subtypes of tumor cells can be targeted: first, iron-dependent cell death due to oxidative stress, and second, oxidative stress. Therefore, cell death can also be induced in a different way. Both types of cell death must be caused by drugs at the same time to eliminate the majority of the tumor mass. It is currently in clinical trials for cancer treatment. Auranofin, which inhibits the production of protective antioxidants in cancer cells, has been used to treat rheumatoid arthritis for decades. Future clinical trials using this combination therapy will determine the extent to which this targeted treatment option improves the prognosis of small cell lung cancer patients.

Abstract

Chlorination is one of several techniques for disinfecting water. This technique has been around for almost a century and is still in use today. It's a chemical disinfection process that employs various forms of chlorine or chlorine-containing compounds to oxidize and disinfect what would eventually become drinkable water. The main purpose of chlorination treatment is that the removed color and some bacteria from an untreated waste product make it disinfection water. Treatment is very important for water discharge on surface water land because of this treated water also down to groundwater. This work was conduct on the varied trials of chlorination and First State chlorination treatment. It's necessary for the setting and public who used this treated water for industrial or farming purposes. Color removal treatment operations area unit is done by varied ways to cut back color except for this work following chlorination methodology in a pilot plant. For this work, twelve trials of chlorination and dechlorination area units were performed. The addition of chlorine or chlorine compounds to water, such as sodium hypochlorite, is known as water chlorination. Bacteria, viruses, and other organisms in water are killed with this approach. Chlorination is particularly effective in preventing the spread of waterborne illnesses like cholera, dysentery, and typhoid. Additionally, analyzed varied parameters like hydrogen ion concentration, Cl, NH3-H, COD, TSS, and TDS.

Abstract

The dental habit at the level of the stomatognathic system is a daily repetition of an act that the individual performs frequently, which can lead to changes in facial taxonomy. Analyzing these data, the objective of this study was to determine the type of dental habit that children between 8 and 12 years of age have and its relationship with the type of shape of the dental arch of the palate and muscle tone. To carry out this premise, a prospective-observational study was used; The first stage was achieved using the unstructured survey-type interview technique in a population of 80 mothers of child patients. The first stage was achieved using the unstructured survey-type interview technique in a population of 80 mothers of child patients. The survey involved some habits such as onychophagia, lingual projection bite, digital suction oral respirator and lip projection bite. The second stage involves an oral observational evaluation that involves some parameters such as onychophagia, lingual projection bite, oral respirator, finger suction and labial projection bite. The results showed a higher relationship between the dental habits produced in men with the arch type U and V compared to women; however, mouth muscular tone was low in men in comparison with female. In conclusion, oral habits can indirectly produce some deformities in the shape of the dental arch of the palate in the children, resulting in a decrease in muscle tone.

Energy flows in gravity field.

Victoria Alexandrovna Kuzmichova and Valery Borisovich Morozov.

Parana J. Sci. Educ., v.7, n.10, (170-175), December 1, 2021.

DOI: tiny.cc/PJSE24476153v7i10p170-175

Abstract

The symmetry of energy flows (reciprocity) is an analogue of the thermodynamics second law in the theory of waves. This concept holds true for spontaneous flows of energy. On the other hand, from a violation of the symmetry of the energy flows, a local violation of the thermodynamics second law would follow. The non-reciprocal devices have long been used in optics and microwave appliances. Here the asymmetric energy flows in the gravitational field are under study. This helps to understand deeper some natural phenomena. It is argued that the shock adiabatic imparts relatively large kinetic energy to the ascending gas and plasma flows. This turns out to be important for phenomena associated with updrafts in the gravitational field. It is assumed that such streams form tornadoes, cyclones and space jets..

Plane metrics and problem solution of gravity field of a point source.

Victoria Alexandrovna Kuzmichova and Valery Borisovich Morozov.

Parana J. Sci. Educ., v.7, n.10, (176-180), December 1, 2021.

DOI: tiny.cc/PJSE24476153v7i10p176-180

Abstract

The important point of solutions of many problems in the frameworks of the general relativity theory is the assumption that at the infinity, gravity fields of limited-in-space field sources have the Newtonian field as their limit. In particular, it is assumed that the Newtonian field is described by the metric with the zero curvature. On the condition that the Riemann curvature tensor is zero, the ordinary differential equation with two unknown functions has been found. This additional condition allows to solve the mentioned above equation. The accelerated frame of reference with the linear dependence g00 allows to find a non-trivial plane metric. This metric should be used as the boundary condition, which defines the Schwarzschild metric uniquely and bypassed the Einstein equation at the same time. Upon that, there was found the second solution corresponding to the push-out field.

Is the Cosmological Constant really a Universal Constant?

Stefan Bernhard Rüster and Valery Borisovich Morozov.

Parana J. Sci. Educ., v.7, n.10, (181-184), December 1, 2021.

DOI: tiny.cc/PJSE24476153v7i10p181-184

Abstract

In this article it is demonstrated, that the cosmological constant in Einstein’s field equations is not a universal constant but a constant of integration and therefore a constant parameter. The re-declaration of the cosmological constant from a constant parameter to a universal constant in Einstein’s general relativity is in fact an unnecessary restriction of the theory. The cosmological constant as a constant parameter opens up the possibility of considering different gravitational systems and thus different metrics of spacetime with different cosmological constants, which is an important step in solving the problems of dark matter, dark energy and of course that of the cosmological constant.

Действительно ли космологическая постоянная универсальная постоянная?

Parana J. Sci. Educ., v.7, n.10, (181-184), December 1, 2021.

DOI: tiny.cc/PJSE24476153v7i10p181-184vR
