The full Theory of Gravity and further Considerations about the Cosmological Constant.

Stefan Bernhard Rüster.

Parana J. Sci. Educ., v.7, n.4, (1-4), May 1, 2021.

Abstract

In this article, the author shows further shortcomings in the theory of General Relativity (GR), which can be overcome with the Einstein-Cartan theory (ECT). Further shortcomings in GR are an only approximated angular-momentum conservation and the singularity problem, which can be solved within the framework of ECT. Additionally, the author considers the cosmological constant in the context of compounded celestial objects and gravitational waves.

Effect of the implementation of mid-range theory in dialyzed patients.

Paola Ruiz Araya and Lauro Figueroa Valverde.

Parana J. Sci. Educ., v.7, n.4, (5-13), May 1, 2021.

Abstract

Chronic kidney disease is a health problem worldwide; there are clinical guidelines for its management. However, several clinical protocols do not consider some aspects related to the patient and the family environment. Analyzing these data, the objective of this research was to implement a new method that can contribute to a better quality of life for dialyzed patients using a modification of the Betty Neuman model. The results obtained showed that after the intervention increased from 50% to 72.9% of dialyzed patients that indicate their health status has been “Good”. In conclusion, the implementation of this method achieved a certain number of factors involved in the quality of life in dialyzed patients.
