The Prayer over the People is a special prayer added, during Lent, to the Concluding Rites at the end of Mass.

The prayer opens with:

(Celebrant) The Lord be with you.

And with thy spirit.

(Deacon) Bow down before the Lord.

The celebrant then reads or chants the prayer.

At the conclusion of the Prayer over the People, the celebrant gives the Blessing.
