When a member of the clergy joins the altar party, but not as celebrant or a concelebrant.

Clergy in choir will remain in the choir stalls throughout mass. Instead of liturgical vestments they will wear choir dress (cassock and surplice).

They process in after the servers and ahead of the acolyte.
