4 stalks of celery

I am reporting on my experience with mean green here at our blogspot. Starting Monday June 04, 2012. Ended on Wednesday June 13, 2012. For me it was an interesting journey. Overall it was like removing the fiber from the stuff I normally eat anyway. This might remove some of the slowly-digested (long-chain) sugar-reserves and give you mainly soluble ready-to-use sugars, which for my body was difficult. I went back to solid food pretty quickly, needing at least a salad worth of fiber to keep my chi flowing. Although I could see that perhaps the micronutrients (antioxidants, cofactors, etc.) that can become altered in the cooking process are isolated without a heating step, perhaps a nutritional advantage.
