My last post was quite a while ago in the past--a few weeks ago, compared to the previous posts on this blog. One might appropriately ask, "Why?" The answer lies in the lifestyle that I lead. At the beginning of this post, I started to really input my mental journey in a very frequent manner. After I covered or more importantly, "caught up" the observer of my mental journey, I decided to take a step back and let "history" meaning--the test of time of the kaiserwellnesscenter play out and report on my success as a result. At this point, a person might ask, "what exactly do you mean by this last statement?" Let me explain!
At the initial realization of this website, the combined authors have always held the belief that, collectively, as author's, we need to show results as a function of our own success. Therefore, as "real" people, it is imperative that our success is conveyed to you so that you may make the objective changes in your life to achieve your own success. As a result, let me catch you up on my most recent successes compared to the former posts.
What has been happening with my success or more importantly, my mental success on this journey lately? Well, lately, I have had some "ups" and "downs" with regard to my physical and mental successes. I have been successfully training in Martial Arts over the last few weeks. If you were to ask me if I have attended every class in a given week, I would say, "No, I have attended the classes that I have felt that fit into my schedule." Although, I would also suggest to the person that chooses to beat themselves up for not sticking to a rigid schedule, "define your own life/schedule." This is very important, because, it has been my observation that most people "beat themselves" up for not achieving success. Ultimately, this leads to the inability to never achieve success to ascend from this downward spiral.
I have been extremely busy with some instrument installations lately in our department. The successes are composed of Martial Arts and hiking with my mother and stepfather. Kayla and I have been hiking every Sunday up in the mountains of San Jacinto Peak at the top of the "tram." I will elaborate on this subject further in a few days. I just wanted to give you a quick update on the matter. Cheers and take care!!
