Kaiser Wellness Center has started a collection of 'spinning videos' of the rides that our members take part in here in Southern California. Every person should have the opportunity to boost their health and live life to the fullest. In light of the last statement, we decided to make these videos of certain bicycle rides that we have gone on to use at your convenience for your workout on a stationary bicycle. Feel free to hop on your stationary bicycle and turn a video on and ride along with us on a journey. The rides vary in length.
The purpose of these videos is to accommodate the following types of bicycle riders:
1) Riders who would like to enjoy their workouts on a stationary bicycle in the comfort of their homes.
2) Riders who do not feel comfortable riding on the city streets with traffic.
3) Riders who need motivation to get out and explore the landscape/environment around them.
We hope that you enjoy the videos. Any questions, please e-mail us. Have a great workout!
