Mental Awareness is critical to overall Wellness in one's life. I find that looking inward is not always easy, but is the best path toward a healthier lifestyle. In this blog, I would like to share some of myself with you in terms of some of the challenges that I have faced with gaining a better insight into mental awareness through exercising and other various activities that I have tried. Like I said on the front page in the "Kaiser Wellness Center Statement," we are "real" people with struggles and successes like anyone else.
