Aromatherapy Bath
2 oz. eucalyptus spearmint foam bath, 1 Tbls. lavender body oil, and 5 drops lavender home fragrance oil
This bath is for you to breathe deeply and thank your body for how amazing it is.
Recovery Bath
sea salt, epsom salt, etc. as much as you can afford to add to a bath (I use 1/2 Cup per bath)
coconut oil is most recommended, but olive, sesame, or other nut oil is also recommended in addition to pure Vitamin E in liquid form (either 2 Tbls. oil or a couple drops pure Vitamin E)
This bath is to help you rebalance electrolytes and nourish UV-exposed skin with antioxidant.
Detoxifying Bath
activated charcoal (use 1/2 C per bath)
½ a cup of freshly grated ginger or a rounded teaspoon of ginger powder
This bath is to remove toxins via sweat and adsorb them to the charcoal.
