Homemade Jam

I got the idea from a staff member at work to use the apricots in a jam. This was my first time canning, I got the jars from World Market and the pectin from Whole Foods.
About a month ago, a guy who delivers fruit to our neighborhood in a van, sold us $35 of fruit. We got boxes of apricots, cherries, pluots and a honeydew melon.
I added honey to sweeten the jam rather than sugar. It's great with yogurt and oatmeal. See attached directions.
We've still got 4 jars of jam to eat, and half a packet of pectin, anybody want to have a jam party?
