This document is a follow-up to proposals outlined in ‘Corporate Governance – A Framework’ and explains how a complex organisation can tackle radical change, if people have the courage to confront change. If you haven’t already done so, please read the aforementioned document before downloading this one.
There are now murmurings of acceptance of change within the SFA but there is a lack of leadership as to how change can be confronted.
This document outlines the change process and shows how with the proper control measures in place, this exceptionally difficult transition can begin.
If you think that it’s time the investigation was over and that it is time for change, then endorse this document by sending it to someone with the authority to do something about it.
Alternatively do something yourself to make them listen.
