Corporate Governance - A Framework

This document proposes a framework around which a new system of Corporate Governance might be written.

The SFA won’t act without mandate and nobody will give it to them because of a constitutional logjam.

At the very least we need to endorse this proposal, or any other similar proposal for that matter, just simply to get the ball moving on change, because as it stands, the SFA cannot investigate how to make such a proposal a reality.

If you agree with this proposal then endorse it by sending it to someone with the authority to do something about it or, do something yourself to make them listen.
