Sixteen Club League

In the recent proposals either by the Scottish Football Review or those released by the SPL, no mention is made of a 16 club top division.

Why was it ever discussed?

Was it ruled out for some reason?

In typical fashion, fans have been left in the dark and this attachment attempts to fill the gap.

The proposals are intended to facilitate a debate that many people feel should now take place.
