The purpose of this interdisciplinary course is to introduce students to the field of leadership from a biblical worldview. Students will gain a broad understanding of the history and origins of leadership, theoretical approaches to leadership, and the essence of contemporary leadership. The purpose of this course is to explore effective practices for leading various groups: standing groups, project groups, teams, etc. Through a blend of theory, case studies and practice, students will understand the challenges of leading groups and develop strategies for effective leadership.
