2015-2016: Equipment Replacement Plan
The following outlines the proposed equipment replacement plan for the ECISD. It is an action plan based on the Multi-Year Equipment Replacement Plan.

January-March, 2015
- Conduct district-wide assessment. Please refer to the Campus Logistics for Equipment Removal for specific information about procedure.
- Campus computer labs that will need to be replaced include the following:
- Grades 9-12
- East Central High School - $87K =(136 CPUs x $600 per system)
- BCLC - Review upgrade plan
- Grades 6-8
- Heritage -
- Legacy -
- Grades 4-5
- Oak Crest -
- Salado -
- Grades PreK-3
- Sinclair - $13,800 =(23 CPUs x $600 per system)
- Grades 9-12
April, 2015
- Completion of Campus Evaluation and submit recommendations and budget to AdminCouncil. If funding is approved for 2015-2016 school year, then the rest of this timeline is in effect.
May, 2015
- Campus Technology Coordinators (CTCs) will tag equipment for removal in collaboration with ECTO Technicians.
September, 2015
- Secure funding for computer lab replacements and order equipment.

- Remove all equipment per Campus Logistics for Equipment Removal
- Deliver equipment to campuses.
