Texas public school districts submit their technology plans to the Texas Education Agency for review and approval through the ePlan system. The ePlan system remains open throughout the year. The ePlan system helps districts effectively and efficiently plan for and use technology to improve teaching and learning.
Districts specify strategies for meeting the recommendations in the Long-Range Plan for Technology and requirements in NCLB, Title II, Part D. E-Rate applicants are required to have an approved technology plan for Priority 2 services (Internal Connections and Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections).
