WHAT IS IT?
R.E.D. RECON is an Award programme offered by the DIMERSAR ACADEMY to recognise the collective training of several disciplines. When you take a course, like a medical course and then sometime later you might do a driving course and then a leadership course - you start to create a profile of someone who is gaining skills and experiences in a certain area. We created the R.E.D. RECON AWARD to recognise this.
The R.E.D. RECON Award is an excellent way acknowledging a collective of skills and experiences under several complementary headings. Courses and activities can be done in isolation and nothing to do with other activities. However, when you enrol in the RED RECON programme you get numerous benefits, discounts and freebies.
When a course carries a R.E.D. Recon Credit for successfully completing experiences and training in specialist related subjects you . This is on top of the usual Certificates or badges and training items etc. In order to get the award you must accrue a minimum of 20 credits with a minimum of 2 from each of the 5 sections:

Is there a time limit to get all 'credits'?
We expect it to take up to 12 to 18 months. It can be done much quicker.
Is this only for adults?
This is an 'adult' programme however there is a 'Young Adults / Teenagers' version. Just enquire.
Are credits awarded 'only' for DIMERSAR ACADEMY Courses and Programmes? What about others?
It is only DIMERSAR ACADEMY RED RECON Programmes however we have a growing list of suppliers.
Can I wear my "earned badge" on my uniform or personal coat?
You can wear your badge as you wish but if it's on a 'uniform' you should get permission from the organisation.
I would like to have your programme in my organisation. Do you license this or have franchises?
Yes we do but please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
