INTERNATIONAL DISASTER COORDINATOR

On Monday 28th February we held a training course in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada on Coordinating International Disaster Response. Such work is hazardous by its very nature and there are many international protocols and stnadrds as well as some guidelines which are advisable to fpllow.
It was designed to help those involved in Disaster Response or interested in Disaster Response, to coordinate international deployments.
The candidates were sent precourse reading and given a lot of handouts and softcopy materials. Certificate is awared after successful completion of an online test after the course.
