G.O.A.L. is an acronym for 'Global Operators And Leaders' and is a forum to meet and learn in useful related and modulised sessions by people who are authorities in their field of expertise - usually pertaining to operations and leadership regarding disasters, emergencies / emergency services and rescue.

Anyone can attend, with an interest in disasters, emergencies, rescue, medical, healthcare, fitness and leadership and teamwork. It is run for The International Disaster Response Charity "The Emergency Response Team - Search And Rescue" but you do not have to be a member to attend.

Indeed, we get people from other teams or groups and is a great way to network and meet and train! It is all sponsored and administered by The DIMERSAR Academy with the help and support of others*. Profits will go to the Charity.
