Double Enumeration of My Family in the 1916 Census

What are the odds that two sisters: Millie Mellott and Bertha Wilson would both be double enumerated in the same census?

Double Enumeration of Mellott Family?

In Ben Mellott's homestead patent claim dated January 15, 1917 he states that his family resided upon the land from November 20, 1915 to December 14, 1915 and from June 20, 1916 to present; and that when absent they resided at Killam.2 So that means in early June of 19163 when the census was enumerated the family would have resided in Killiam, 41,13,4, Wheatland. My theory as to why they were also enumerated in Boyle, 64, 21, 4, Cartier, is that Ben's brother Jerry provided the information as he was enumerated on the same page.

I am unsure why the Wilson family was enumerated twice by the same enumerator?
