This was inspired by this technical paper: http://www.kmitl.ac.th/msplab/Journal/12.pdf
I created a thread on diystompboxes here: http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=106086
This is an interesting alternative to the other frequency doubling means. There is not a single diode or discrete transistor, and no transformer either.
For those of you familiar with op amps, the most bizarre element is probably the output arrangement. Take a look and you'll see that the output is RC coupled off of the op amps Vcc pin!
The values given are my no means to be taken as final. This was a quick experiment, which I somewhat documented on the diystompboxes thread. I thought others may like to try this as an alternative to old methods of octave up fuzz. This could simply be an element of a larger fuzz/distortion pedal circuit.
