· Filll out the above BMS Tech Form for tech issues.
· In “My Chromebook isn’t working,” describe the issue.
o If it says OS is missing, thenyou need a new Chromebook.
o If a student has a mic/camera issue, it could be the settings on their Chromebook, and Ms. Mary can help. Uou may not need a new Chromebook.
o If it’s disconnecting from Zoom, then that is an internet issue, or Zoom issue, not a Chromebook issue.
