After the calls are made the enhanced list is sent to you.

2. Good will - As a first step in building a valuable ongoing relationship, we email or fax the organizations that we connect with immediately some coupons that are good for a free game of bowling. ALERT: You will see few, if any coupons get redeemed. That's expected - for this program you are after corporate parties, not coupon users. The point of the coupon offer is to...get the email address and fax number from the organization along with permission to send information to them.

3. Holiday Parties - We also send your holiday party flyer (your existing design or use our template - you set starting price, features, etc.) out with the coupons along with a personalized note - very classy. Now your holiday party package info is in the hands of hundreds of decision makers!

4. US Mail - On average we penetrate about 50% of the 300 businesses by phone where we get higher level decision maker names and titles and the precious email addresses and fax numbers that allow us to send your holiday party offer directly into the high quality businesses. That leaves around 150 that can't be faxed or emailed. We have a solution - direct mail. Our program also sends your Introduction letter, goodwill generating free game coupon and your Holiday Party flyer (color laser printing) by First Class US Mail to each business that can't be faxed and emailed. Direct mail can be an expensive pain if you try to have staff send it manually, but our systems can get the job done so efficiently that we can include direct mail in our program. Using mail can get your offer into EVERY local business giving you close to 100% penetration, even when the fax number and email is not available.

5. Repetition - Plus, we resend your flyer with a follow-up message by email, fax and US Mail multiple times between now and the end of the party season, delivering your fun, affordable and very unique holiday party offer to the best corporate prospects around you again and again.

Measuring results...

If you can't measure, it's not marketing, it's public relations. You will be assigned a unique toll-free number during your program. This toll-free number forwards calls from the flyer to your center. When local corporate prospects take action and call the toll-free number to talk to you about scheduling a party, the call activity (Caller ID, date, time, call duration) is tracked and reported to you by email immediately.

ROI...

The Direct Marketing Association reports that Direct Mail sent cold can achieve a 2% response. If a list is first called and enhanced with high-level contact information, the logic is that the response rate would increase. Each market and center is unique. If just 1% of 300 larger corporate prospects hold a party in your center, that's 3 parties at, say, $800 each...a total of $2400 in sales, all from a marketing program that's just 3 payments of $689, complete. If your average corporate party sale is higher than the above example and more than 3 corporate prospects respond, the revenue potential gets very interesting.
