Christopher Swanson

Chris is the owner of BMA Marketing, a marketing and sales organization located in Wolcott, CT. BMA Marketing provides small businesses with marketing and sales solutions including the design and daily operation of outbound lead generation and sales pipeline systems.

A big believer in leveraging technology, Chris was able to cut the overhead of his company 50% by using hosted software, VOIP phone service, remote agents and outsourcing some parts of production. Chris then applied computerization to his product line to enhance the reliability and profitability of his clients' campaigns.

Before purchasing BMA in 2007, Chris spent 12 years with a CT engineering software firm, assisting the organization with their climb from a $3m small business into a $20m industry leader who was acquired by Bentley Systems, the world’s 2nd largest engineering software developer.

Chris’ past successes include: Creating sales departments / Deploying enterprise level CRM systems / Managing marketing to client and prospect groups of over 500k / Developing automated messaging technology to allow businesses of any size to deliver one-on-one and one-to-many custom communication to an audience of one or thousands using email, social media, fax and direct mail that enhance and support Sales and Service departments' client interactions.

Raymond Tuttle

Ray is the founder of BMA Marketing, an organization that since 1990 has provided marketing and sales services to small and medium size businesses.

He is an internationally known author, trainer and public speaker and has presented marketing, motivation and sales training seminars for audiences from 20 to 4,000 people.

Ray was a founding member and past Director of The New England Telemarketing Association.

He has written hundreds of marketing and motivation articles that are published in newspapers and trade magazines nationwide. Ray wrote a monthly sales planner and business development column for the world’s largest bowling industry magazine for 21 years.

Ray presently consults part-time.
