Yogurt and Rice Flour Pancakes
Ingredients:
Dry;
1/2 c brown rice flour
1-2 t sugar
1/2 t baking soda
pinch of salt
Wet:
1 lg egg
1T canola oil
1/2 C plain yogurt
Combine dry. Then in a separate bowl, wet- beginning with egg. Heat over medium heat. Great with blueberries, peaches, or apples.
