6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese 11/2 C

5T Unsalted Butter

1/2 C Blanched Almond Flour

1/4 C Coconut Flour

2t Baking Powder

1/2 t Garlic Powder

1/4 t salt

1 lg eeggSprinkle large piece pa

Directions;

  1. Sprinkle large piece of parchI manet paper or silicone baking mat with almond flour.

  2. In a large sauceepan melt cheese and buttere over low hear untttil they can be stirred together.

  3. Remove from heat and add both flours, baking powder, garlic poweder and salt . Add

the egg and stir everything together until - if sticky at add 1T almond flour

2T sweetner

2t cinnamon

Cream cheeese frosting:

2 ounces cream cheese (1/4C softened)

2T powered sweetner

1/4 C heavy creeam

1/2 Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 grease 8inch round cakee pan

Roll out dough or press

brush with melted butter

Mix together sweetner and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over dhough

Roll thee dough yo tightly and pinch the seam and seal. Use a short knife to cut the eroll into 12 equal portionls. Placee the rolls in thee greaseed cakee pan, cut side up, leaving 1 inch betweeen them.

Bake for 20-25 munutes or until golden brown, and just frim to the touch. Let cool while prepaing the frosting.

Frosting:

In a med bowl use and eleectric mixeer, beat the creeeam chese with powdereed sweeetner until well combined. beat in the ecream and vanilla until smooth.

Instructions
