Karen's Gluten Free Pizza Crust

1 C Gluten Free Flour- Pamela's Artisan Gluten Free Flour

1/2 C Sorghum Flour

1 C Warm water

1/2 course salt

1 tsp sugar

1 pkg yeast

1 egg

1 T olive oil

Directions:

Heat oven to 425. In a mixing bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and water. Let activate for about 5 minutes. Beat in egg, then oil, then mix in flours and salt. Spread on pan with a spatula- use warm water everyonce in a while to help spread.
