I created this website in order to present a summary of my experience with team leading, project management and Scrum in the last years. I encountered the themes described here in various projects I have been involved in.
During the last years, such writings were helpful for me in order to better understand aspects of project management, Scrum and XP and to acquire a deeper understanding of their concepts so that I could use them in projects efficiently.
The throrough analysis of software development processes and the knowledge about classical project phases and about the characteristics of various agile methods such as Scrum and XP help to better estimate, organize and monitor a project.
Cloud computing aspects are presented from an IT perspective. The migration of data to the Cloud is a topic that appeared more often in the last years, having consequences on the architecture, development and IT operation of projects that have to be carefully taken into consideration.
A many-faceted view of their characteristics allows team leaders and project managers take informed decisions that allow achieving project success on long term.
The purpose of this website is to help readers accomplishing the following tasks:
