There are a few ways you can search for a previously quoted inspection. Within Keystone, these are referred to as "Drafts". You can search for drafts on your home screen through the list of inspections that show up and it will be labeled "Draft", as shown below. Or you can use the search feature in the top left of the screen and enter the address of the property to pull it up that way.
You will need to choose a date and time for the inspection. At the bottom of the page it will show all available inspectors to do this inspection. If you move your mouse over the available time slots it will give you time and distance to the inspection. This will allow you to choose the inspector who is closest to the inspection.
If you are now going to turn this draft into a booked order you will need to review the information and choose a date and time for the order.
After clicking "Review" at the top of the page, the next page will give you a breakdown of the order. If you are missing any information it will throw flags at you to complate that information before submitting the order. This will give you an opportunity to go back and correct any errors before submitting.
Once you submit the order, email notifications will be activated and all parties will receive confirmations of booking. The buyer will receive an email confirmation with a link to pay for the inspection and sign the service agreement.
