You can start an order either from the calendar, or by clicking New Order in the gray menu bar at the top of the dashboard.

Click on "Calendar" to go to the inspectors' schedules or click "New Order" to start a new inspection order. Just remember that if you start an order from the "New Order" option, the default inspection time is 6:00am on the day you started the order and the default inspector is added.
If you know you are going to schedule an inspection, it is best to start from the calendar. Give the caller the available times and then proceed from there.

From the calendar, click on the time slot you would like to schedule. A gray window will appear with different options. Choose the appropriate start time. In this example it is "+ New Inspection (on the hour)." Once clicked, you will be directed to the Subject Property Tab of the new inspection order.
