CBS stands for Call Before Showing.

The CBS code (Call Before Showing) allows the listing agent to control key box access by requiring the buyer's agent to call for authorization before opening the key box. Not all Lockboxes require a CBS code.

Co-op water companies formed to provide water services to areas that cities could not service as the population expanded. Generally, a co-op water company is a non-profit organization. That is, the profits from the building of the infrastructure is usually re-invested to improve the system. Profits can also be rebated back to the members of the co-op. The members of the co-op are all the customers of the water company. So as a customer, you are also a member and an owner of the company.
