Payroll is processed twice a month (bi-monthly) on the 1st and the 16th of each month. Your paycheck will be directly deposited into your selected bank account. Direct deposit usually takes 3 business days to reflect in your account, but some banks vary. There are circumstances where it may take longer due to a holiday.
Who do I contact with questions about my paycheck?
All of your hours are tracked through our phone system, the Virtual Contact Center. It is important that you login at your shift start time and logout as soon as you are done working at the end of your shift. A Timesheet Adjustment form is available in your Personnel File in Google Drive if you need to notify the Payroll Manager of an adjustment, such as forgetting to log out at the end of your shift.
How do I pay my taxes?
No one at Simple Solutions is an accountant so we can not advise you on how to pay your taxes. However, you can find information regarding federal tax payments on the IRS's website. Information regarding state taxes depends on the state in which you live. You will need to find your state's government website for the appropriate information on filing and paying state and local taxes.
