There are two ways to search for an appointment please see below on how to search via Leads and Inspections as well as the difference between the two.
When an appointment is first scheduled it is considered a Lead until the inspector accepts within Inspection Plus.
To search for a lead you will first double click "Leads" from the top row of options.
Next click the arrow next to "Search Criteria" to open the search section. The most common ways to search for a lead will be via the Address, Name, Phone or Date of the appointment.
*You can also search by zip code only, inspector name or lead type.
When the appointment is accepted by the inspector it will then also populate as an Inspection.
To search for an inspection double click "Inspections from the top row of options.
You can search Inspections by the client phone number or address. You may also click the check box to Look in Archive for inspections that have been cancelled. You must be sure to click the search icon 🔍 after inputting the information to search.
