Bamboo Insurance

These are entered into the DTM under Incompletes or Quotes.  Be sure you copy the full email starting with the insured all the way down to the agent info. All of this should be included in the notes. 

You need to read the "Brief Description" because sometimes it will have you contact a different person to schedule other than the insured. In most cases, we are calling the insured and letting them know we need to perform the roof inspection on behalf of Bamboo for their insurance claim.
