Contacts

On your side panel, if you click the (Contacts) icon, it will open to all the contacts within Nextiva. These are our clients and their staff. We also have our own staff in here. 

You are able to search a name or company name in the search bar and it will pull the contact for you. 

You can also use the filter icon to search using any of the fields provided. 

Once you found the contact you want, you can click it to open the contact. 

From here you are able to SMS them using the SMS icon. Make sure you choose the correct company queue when sending. 

Do not use the Phone icon to call them. This will default to the SSCC queue. 

Instead you can copy the number and use the dial pad.
