On this tab you will gather information about the property to be inspected. Follow the information and notes provided on each company's ISN. This is the information that is needed to calculate the fee, so be sure you have a property info site pulled up (i.e. Zillow, Redfin, etc.) so you can verify the information to be accurate.
Fill in all necessary information, also paying close attention to inspection type. For example, in the picture the inspection type is Standard Residential Inspection. If this was a new construction or other property type, you would click on the drop down menu to be sure you have the correct inspection type. If Appointment Type is available, click on the drop down menu to make sure you have the appropriate appointment type selected as well.
